We document life's milestones.
What should I include in my production?
You should include photos, documents and keepsakes that will help to illustrate
the story you are trying to tell.
Photo Suggestions
Photos shouldn't be limited to photos of yourself and the people in your life. Images of your childhood home, church or school, or favorite vacation spots can be used to further illustrate and enhance your story.
Special Document Suggestions
Photos can be taken also of important documents, such as a diploma, marriage or birth certificates, awards, special letters. Three dimensional items also can be photographed, such as military medals, special artwork or collectibles, or sports items. Use your imagination when finding objects that will help to illustrate your story.
Music
Music will be used in almost all productions. Royalty-free stock music is used in our Photo Montage package. Special music can used for your Milestone Video or your Digital Life Story. Choose songs with words that convey a particular message, or songs that have personal significance to you. In order for us to use copyrighted music, you will need to supply the original CD or we can usually purchase a copy for as little at 99 cents per song.
Special Passages or Text
For Digital Life Stories and Milestone Videos, we also urge you to locate and print out favorite passages, poems or other proseyou wish to include in your production. These items may be used in the narration of your video.
How are these items used in my production?
Digital images of your items will be woven throughout your video to illustrate the story. Whenever possible - we will photograph special documents and keepsakes in your home. In some cases - scanning may be required (most photos - some documents.) To avoid confusion and loss of materials, we will create identification tags with your name and contact info to mark all photos and keepsakes before taking them back to our office. All photos, documents and keepsakes will be returned to you after we have processed them. If we will be conducting a video interview, they will be returned at that time. If not, we will contact you and arrange for them to be returned to you.
